SANDSPIT CARPARK ADVISORY GROUP

The establishment of a Sandspit Carpark Advisory Group (SCAG) has been identified by the Kawau Island and Sandspit Residents and Ratepayers Associations in agreement with Rodney Local Board to work collaboratively to:

• Enable an informed community through providing a conduit between Council decision making processes and the respective communities in Sandspit and Kawau Island.

• Facilitate the identification and provision of a community view.

• Support the local board with informed decsion making relating to the designated allotment 340, being the carpark and wharf area located at Sandspit.
